A group of doctors, nurses, and hospital workers enjoying a happy hour gathering were accused by a DJ of stealing his money and verbally and physically assaulted the group seriously injuring one of the patrons. The investigation revealed the establishment inadequately secured the facility and provided poor training of its bouncers.

A driver's failure to safely remain in a single lane resulted in a tractor-trailer rollover and unnecessary death. It was an honor to represent the parents of the deceased and his two young children. Damning admissions pried from company officials on how this matter could have been avoided and successful argument to the Court forced the production of never-before-seen internal company records the defendants sought to keep from handing over and from the public's eyes. An all day and night – until 2 a.m. – settlement conference resulted in a substantial, confidential settlement prior to trial of the case.
